Billing Policy and Consultation Rates

We are a mixed billing practice. Children 12 and under are Bulk Billed.

Standard fees apply for non concession and health care card holders.

Pensioners under 75 and Health care card holders may be offered discount billing at the Doctor's discretion.

Bulk billing may be available during the week for pensioners over 75 at the Doctor's discretion.

Saturday Billing

Standard fees will be charged to all patients on a Saturday, excluding children 5 and under. All accounts must be paid for on the day of consultation.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Help us make our clinic a safe place for everyone, please treat everyone with respect. Anyone who yells or otherwise threatens the safety of others will be asked to leave the practice.

All Medicare rebates will be available into your bank account within 24-48 hours.

Medicare Telehealth Rebates require you to have a Face to Face appointment at our practice within the last 12 months, some exemptions apply.

Your rebate eligibility is your responsibility, if you are unsure if you are eligible, please speak to reception.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 6 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. This provides us with the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient who may need to see a doctor more urgently. Early notice of cancellation helps us to help someone else.

If you fail to cancel your appointment within the requested time more than twice a ‘Did Not Attend’ booking fee of $40 will be charged for you to reschedule. This amount will go towards your next general appointment and should you fail to attend or give 6 hours cancellation notice this will cover the losses incurred for your missed appointment. Repeat no shows without notice will result in a restriction being placed on your patient record, and you may not be able to make further appointments at our practice.

This policy enables us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.
